Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

Item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
Item must be in its original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase.
Damaged items due to misuse or improper handling by the customer.
Items without original packaging or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact our support team at info@majlismart.com with your order number and reason for return.
Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
Once approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Defective or Wrong Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.
